General Information
ADMISSION:  FREE

SOUVENIR PROGRAM BOOK: $15.00 Each. Available on Pageant Day only.
Reserve on Entry Form

REGISTRATION: 10:00 a.m. for All Contestants  - Pay Balance (CASH ONLY)
If you have no balance you may skip Registration & your Contestant number will be given
to you by the dressing room attendant.  No Checks will be accepted after Mar. 13th  –
Money Order, Cash & Paypal will be accepted until 1 p.m. on Mar. 18th .

PAGEANT: Competition will begin promptly at 11:00 a.m. – Please be ready –
Competition will begin with Girls 0 – 3 years & all Boys -  Beauty followed by Beauty Line Up
after each age group – Fantasy Wear – Duet Competition Talent (Rest time for these contestants –
Competition will continue with Contestants ages 4 years & up in the same competition order)
followed by Crowning Ceremony! 

RULES: No Previous Pageant Experience is Needed – All Contestants compete on an equal basis

PICTURES: Natural Pictures may not be digitally altered and must follow same Hair & Makeup rules
 as stated herein – Can be of any variety (Example: Studio, Wal-Mart, School, or Self taken)

HAIR: No extensions or artificial hair (synthetic or human) is allowed.
Hair should be well groomed and attractive and may be worn in any style.

MAKEUP: No makeup is allowed on ages Birth to 3 Years.
Lip Gloss, light blush & mascara is allowed but not required ages 4 to 9 Years.
Contestants 10 Years and up may wear age appropriate makeup.
No Artificial Eyelashes. 
Costume makeup is allowed in all events except the Beauty Competition.

DRESS: For Beauty Competition – Girls may wear any length and style Dressy Dress or
Pageant Dress (Examples: Sunday Dress, Flower Girl Dress, Bridesmaid Dress, Prom Gown,
Fitted Gown, Pageant Dress)
Dress should fit well and compliment the Contestant not overshadow them.
Boys may wear Dress Clothes, Sunday Suits or Tuxedoes.
For Best Fantasy Wear Competition – Be Creative-Contestants may wear any Storybook,
Movie, Television, Rock Star or Celebrity themed outfit or costume of their choice.
Small Props are allowed but not required-Upbeat Music will be played - Upbeat Modeling allowed

AGE GROUPS: Determined by the Contestants age on the day of the pageant with a
60 Day grace period.
 Contestants may move up to the next age group if desired. No age groups will be combined.

GRAND SUPREME:  This is a Distinguished Highly Prized and Prestigious Award!
The highest combined total score of all events included in the Grand Supreme package will
determine the Title holder. The SC  STATE  Grand Supreme will receive $500.00 BOND,
Exquisite CROWN, Sparkling Scepter, Satin Embroidered Sash, Rose Bouquet, Custom State
Trophy, Goodie Bag, CAA Gift and a Wonderful Grand Supreme Prize!

SUPREME: This is a Distinguished Highly Prized and Prestigious Award!  The NEXT
highest combined total score will determine the Title holder in Each DIVISION.  Four State
Divisional Titles will be awarded: 0 -3 Years, 4 – 9 Years, 10 & Up, All Boys - Each STATE
Supreme Title holder will receive $150.00 BOND, Exquisite CROWN, Satin Embroidered Sash,
Custom State Trophy, Goodie Bag, CAA Gift and a Wonderful Supreme Prize!

BEAUTY:  This is a Very Honored and Prestigious Award!  The highest total Beauty
score will determine the Title holder in each of the 16 age groups.  Sixteen State Beauty Titles
will be awarded! Each STATE Beauty Title holder will receive a $50.00 BOND ,
Exquisite CROWN, Satin Embroidered Sash, Custom State Trophy, Goodie Bag and a
CAA Gift!  Four Runner Up Contestants in each age group will receive a Radiant Rhinestone
Crown Pin, Custom State Trophy, Goodie Bag and a CAA Gift!
 All remaining Contestants will receive a Custom State Trophy, Goodie Bag and a CAA Gift!

In the following competition events – The one Contestant with the highest score in each
Age Group per event will be awarded a Fantastic State Prize!

CASH AWARDS ARE GUARANTEED!  We do not Double Crown Beauty Titles -
this means if you win Grand Supreme or Supreme you will not also win your age group
Beauty Title.  All Contestants entered in the State Cover Model, Beauty/Photogenic Elite
Supreme, Elite Duet Supreme, Talent and/or the Overalls  are eligible to win them in addition
to all other Titles. These competition events require separate  entries. 
They are not included in the Grand Supreme Package.

All Photogenic and Portfolio entries MUST be mailed or emailed to the office by
Thursday, March 3, 2011.  Entries will not be accepted for these competition events at the
pageant, they must be received in advance.  Photos will be Judged by a separate panel of
Judges.  One winner per Age Group, per Event will be awarded a Fabulous State Prize!

MOST PHOTOGENIC:  Show Your Beautiful Face!  May be color or black & white. No frames.

PORTFOLIO:  4 to 10 pictures in an album – these pictures should show facial beauty
                           and your personality!

Contestants must be entered in both Beauty and Most Photogenic competitions to enter
this Supreme Event:
BEAUTY/PHOTOGENIC ELITE SUPREME:  Your highest Photogenic score will be
combined with your Beauty competition score and the Contestant with the highest total score 
will be awarded  this Prestigious Title and a Radiant Royal CROWN, Sparkling Scepter,
Embroidered Satin Sash, State Trophy and $50.00 BOND!

DUET COMPETITION:  Mom or Dad & Me Competition!  This event will be so much FUN! 
Each Parent and Child duet will entertain the audience in any manner they choose…
Be Creative!  You may choose straight modeling or use your talent to create a fun act which
may include singing, dancing, acting or whatever you choose!  Small props and your music on
CD may be used. Make up & artificial hair is allowed in this event.  All contestants in this
event will receive a STATE Plaque.  Winners in each age group will receive STATE Trophies
and Crowns.  One duet will receive the coveted ELITE DUET SUPREME title with a
$100 BOND, Gorgeous Crowns, Sashes and Scepters!

TALENT:  This is not required…it is a FUN EVENT that allows all those that wish to
participate the opportunity to Showcase their unique abilities! All Contestants will receive
a Wonderful Talent Award and Gift!  The Contestant with the Highest Score in each of the
three groups:  Birth to 3 Years Girls and All Boys – 4 to 9 Years Girls – 10 Years and Up Girls
will each be awarded the Prestigious Title of:  STATE GRAND TALENT CHAMPION and will
also receive a $50.00 BOND, a Brilliant State Crown, Satin Embroidered Sash and an Exciting
State Gift!!!

THREE  STATE OVERALL EVENTS: Very Prestigious and Distinguished State Awards! 
You MUST enter to be eligible.  The Contestants with the highest score per event will 
determine each of these State Title holders.
Each STATE OVERALL SUPREME winner will receive a $50.00 BOND, Brilliant State Crown,
Satin Embroidered Sash, Trophy and an Exciting State Gift! OVERALL MOST BEAUTIFUL -

AJ’s FRIENDS - COMMUNITY SPIRIT - SWEETHEART COMPETITION
                                                                          
    This is an Annual Fundraising Event to benefit the Educational needs of Autistic Children
      This is a Community Spirit Competition. It is also a Titled Event! Each competing 
Contestant will collect "Good Luck Wishes" from family members, friends or businesses as
sponsors of that Contestant. Each Good Luck Wish is $10.00. Business Card size Sponsor Ads
are $25.00 each, ¼  Page Sponsor Ads are $50.00, ½  Page Sponsor Ads are $75.00 and One
Whole Page Sponsor Ads are $100.00.   Each Contestant's Good Luck Wishes and Sponsor Ads
will be printed in the State Souvenir Program Book along with the Contestants picture on each
Ad page.  Their sponsor's names will also be announced on stage during the Sweetheart Awards
Presentation. All Sponsors generously contributing $50.00 or more will receive a Community
Spirit Award Sponsorship Certificate. This award will be presented on stage during the
Miss South Carolina Princess and Prince of SC 2011 State Pageant to the Contestant they
sponsor and later brought to them by the Contestant. 
Contestants may choose to compete in this event in addition to the Beauty Competition. 
Contestants competing in this event are Guaranteed Winners of Wonderful Award Prizes!
