GENERAL INFORMATION
ADMISSION: FREE!
REGISTRATION: 10 a.m. for ALL Contestants. Pay Balance (CASH ONLY)
(* Please remember NO Photo entries will be accepted at the pageant -
these must be sent in to the office by September 27th) –
All Contestants must pre-register with entry form mailed or emailed to Director
**EARLY ENTRY BONUS** The first 25 Contestant entries received by September 27th will receive a Beautiful Crown & Discount Card for any upcoming 2011 Preliminary Pageant!
PAGEANT: begins promptly at 11:30 a.m. -
Please be ready - Competition will begin with Beauty followed by Beauty line up after each age group -Halloween Costume Wear - Duet Competition - Talent - Crowning Ceremony!!!
AGE GROUPS: Girls: DIVISION I * 0 – 11 months, 12 – 23 months, 2 years, and 3 years.
DIVISION II * 4 years, 5 – 6 years, and 7 – 9 years.
DIVISION III * 10 – 12 years, 13 – 15 years, and 16 & Up years.
BOYS are also welcome and encouraged to compete DIVISION IV * 0 - 11 months,
1 - 2 years, 3 & Up years.
RULES: Hair & Makeup: No Makeup on Contestants ages Birth to 3 Years.
Lip gloss, light blush & mascara allowed (not required) ages 4 to 9 Years.
Age Appropriate Makeup ages 10 Years & Up.
No artificial hair (wigs, falls etc. ) allowed in any age group.
DRESS: Sunday Dress, Flower Girl, Prom or Pageant Dresses for Girls - Sunday Clothes, Suit or Tuxedo for Boys.
PICTURES: Natural pictures may not be digitally altered and must follow same Hair & Makeup rules as above.
CROWNING OF TITLES: We Do Not Double Crown Titles in the Grand Supreme Package events or the Supermodel Ultimate Supreme or Mini Ultimate Supreme competitions. This means the Contestant will be awarded the highest title they are qualified for. In these events title rankings beginning with the highest are as follows: Supermodel Ultimate Supreme, Mini Ultimate Supreme, Grand Supreme, Beauty Supreme and Age group Beauty. Contestants entered in the following Optional events may be awarded in any or all of these events in addition to any other awards or titles: Photogenic, Portfolio, Beauty/Photogenic Elite Supreme, Overall Supreme Most Beautiful/Handsome, Overall Supreme Most Adorable, Overall Supreme Halloween Costume Wear, Talent, Grand Talent Champion and Duet Competition.
EVERY CONTESTANT WILL RECEIVE A Special Gift!
COMPETITION CATEGORY EVENTS (Required Events)
These Events are ALL included in the Grand Supreme Package - (Entry Fee $85.00)
GRAND SUPREME: Two Grand Supreme Titles will be awarded - The Contestant with the highest cumulative score in the Grand Supreme Package events in Division I & IV (combined) and Division II & III (combined) will be awarded this Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy, Goodie Bag,
Plus a Special Grand Supreme Prize!!!
SUPREME: (4 Total) The Contestant with the next highest cumulative score in the Grand Supreme Package events per Division (I, II, III & IV)- will be awarded this Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy, Goodie Bag, Plus a Special Supreme Prize!!!
BEAUTY: The Contestant from each age group with the highest Beauty score will be awarded this Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy & Goodie Bag! Runner Ups will receive a Custom Trophy & Goodie Bag! Alternates will receive a Custom Trophy & Goodie Bag! All Contestants will win prizes!!!
*In the following competitions: The one Contestant with the highest score in each AGE GROUP will be awarded an AWESOME CAA PRIZE!
MOST BEAUTIFUL/HANDSOME: Facial Beauty Award
MOST ADORABLE: Personality Award
HALLOWEEN COSTUME WEAR: Any Outfit or Costume with your favorite Halloween theme (not too scary please) - small props are allowed - Be Creative - Have FUN with this!
BEST HAIR – BEST EYES – BEST SMILE – BEST DRESSED
Extra Competition Category Events (Optional Events)
The following Optional Competition Events are not included in the Grand Supreme package
but may be entered in addition to those events:
PHOTOGENIC: Show Your Beautiful Face! May be color or black & white photo. No frames.
*Must be received in Office by September 27th - Wonderful Age Group Prizes! ($10.00)
PORTFOLIO: 4 to 10 pictures in an album -
these pictures should show facial beauty and your personality!
*Must be received in Office by September 27th - Wonderful Age group Prizes! ($10.00)
BEAUTY/PHOTOGENIC ELITE SUPREME: Your highest Photogenic score will be combined with your Beauty competition score and the Contestant with the highest total score will be awarded this Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy and Sparkling Scepter! ($15.00)
(You must also enter Photogenic competition to compete in this Supreme event)
SUPERMODEL ULTIMATE SUPREME: The most Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title in the Pageant! Highest combined all events score. (You must enter all events including all Optional events, except Duet Competition, to qualify to compete in this Ultimate Supreme event) Winner will be awarded this Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy and Sparkling Scepter and $100.00 CASH! ($20.00 plus Grand Supreme package & all optionals, except Duet Competition =$195.00 total)
MINI ULTIMATE SUPREME: The second most Distinguished and Highly Prized Prestigious Title in the Pageant! Highest combined all events score. (You must enter all events including all Optional events, except Talent and Duet Competition, to qualify to compete in this Mini Ultimate Supreme event) Winner will be awarded this Prestigious Title and Gorgeous Crown, Beauty Sash, Custom Trophy and Sparkling Scepter and $50.00 CASH! ($20.00 plus Grand Supreme package & all optionals, except Talent & Duet Competition =$170.00 total)
TALENT: This is not required...it is a FUN EVENT that allows all thoses that wish to participate the opportunity to Showcase their unique abilities!
All Contestants will receive a Wonderful Talent Award!
Plus the Contestant with the highest score in Ages 0 - 3 years, 4 - 9 years and 10 & Up years will each be awarded the Prestigious Title of GRAND TALENT CHAMPION and will also each receive a Brilliant Crown, Sash and Wonderful CAA Prize! ($25.00)
OVERALLS: Most Beautiful/Handsome - Most Adorable - Best Halloween Costume Wear.Winners will receive Gorgeous Crown, Sash, Trophy and Awesome Prizes! ($15.00 each or $30.00 all three)
DUET COMPETITION: Parent & Child, Siblings or two Contestants. Anything goes...Sing, Dance, Act, Tumble, Cheer,Perform & Have FUN with this! ($15.00 per partner = $30.00 total)

This is an Annual Fundraising Event to benefit the Educational needs of Autistic Children

This is a Community Spirit Competition. It is also a Titled Event (Winner advances to State) Each competing Contestant will collect Signature Votes from family members, friends or businesses as Sponsors of that Contestant. Each Signature Vote is $1.00 or more depending on the generosity of their Sponsors. All Sponsor's names contributing $50.00 or more will be announced and they will receive a Community Spirit Award Sponsorship Certificate presented on stage during the Crowning Ceremony of the SC OctoberFest Princess & Prince Pageant to the Contestant they sponsor and later brought to them by the Contestant. Signature Votes should be collected on our attached form (copies may be duplicated as needed). (Contestants may choose to compete in this event in addition to the Beauty Competition) Contestants competing in this event are Helping other Children and are guaranteed Winners of Beautiful Crowns and Prizes!!! (Crowns and Discounts get larger for higher Levels)
Level 1 -$50.00 to $100.00 - Lovely Crown, Trophy and $10.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
Level 2-$101.00 to $200.00 - Beautiful Crown, Trophy and $15.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
Level 3-$201.00 to $300.00 - Dazzling Crown, Trophy and $25.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
Level 4-$301.00 to $400.00+ - Brilliant Crown, Trophy and $40.00 Off the Grand Supreme Package
The one Contestant that collects the most Community Spirit Sponsors over $401.00, Will be Ceremoniously presented with the Distinguished and Prestigious Title
Carolina OctoberFest Sweetheart Queen/King 2011!
This Contestant will also receive a Magnificent Crown, Sweetheart Sash, Spectacular Trophy, $100.00 Fees Off Certificate to the Official Miss South Carolina Princess & Prince of SC 2012 State Pageant, a Wonderful Gift and FREE Grand Supreme Entry in this Pageant!!
To keep this competition Fair for Everyone All Sweetheart Contestants that are competing for the Title must bring, mail or Email with PayPal their Community Spirit Sponsor Votes ($Amount Collected) by 8:00p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2011 - No Exceptions Can Be Made!
